We're seeking a skilled residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations. This role requires a detail‑oriented individual who can work independently and efficiently while ensuring high standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems including air conditioning units and other related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using various tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to residential service calls and perform thorough diagnostics on HVAC issues.
• Explain problems, repair options and recommendations clearly to homeowners including cost estimates and proposals.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, local codes and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in residential HVAC service.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning and heating systems.
• Problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Physical demands: ability to stand/sit 50% of the time, bend, climb (stairs/ladders), kneel, reach, squat, crawl, walk, run, drive and sit for long periods, maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling, and work in outdoor weather conditions.

Pay

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $65K‑$150K annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
