Residential HVAC Technician Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and AC units. Key Duties Inspect systems to identify faults and determine appropriate repairs or maintenance.Perform preventative maintenance to help improve performance and reliability.Service and repair HVAC components in compliance with company standards and local codes.Recommend repair options and explain system performance to homeowners.Document work performed and ensure quality workmanship.
