Kayl Heating & Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who is passionate about quality work and customer care. The position involves providing professional maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services on residential heating and air conditioning systems, while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- The ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of HVAC equipment.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- A willingness to invest in personal tools and ongoing training.
- The ability to safely work from a 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A demonstrated willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
Qualifications
Must have a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.

Pay
$25 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience. Top technicians regularly earn well into six figures with spiffs and bonuses.
Schedule
8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday (Evenings and weekends as needed; on-call rotation required).
