Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Identify solutions that improve system performance and customer comfort
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call
• Maintain accurate service records using company‑provided technology

Requirements

• Maryland HVAC Journeyman License
• EPA Certification
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude

Pay

• Up to $50/hour base pay
• Performance‑based bonus opportunities on top of base pay
• Top performers earn $100,000+ annually
