HVAC Service Technician

About the role

At Guaranteed Service, we are a company that puts people first and specializes in plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services. We are currently seeking talented HVAC technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Present Service Repair Options to each customer to enhance comfort and performance
• Deliver 5-star service experiences on every call
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Maintain accurate job documentation through our CRM system
• Ensure all work is performed to code and follows safety regulations

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• EPA certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A professional, team-oriented attitude and drive to exceed expectations
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and troubleshooting skills
• Availability to work a rotating weekend on-call schedule

$35–$50/hour based on experience and performance
