Our client is a large property management firm looking for an experienced HVAC Technician.
Responsibilities
- Travel across Long Island
- Work on 8‑12 section burners
- Work on steam boilers and atmospheric boilers
- Boiler and burner experience
Requirements
- 5 years of HVAC technician experience
- Commercial boilers and burner experience
- Circular pump and gas valve experience
- Universal certification required
- Must have a clean license
Pay
Salary range: $83,200 – $104,000 per year.
