Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Keep trade licenses and certifications current.
- Follow and comply with the rules and regulations of section 608 of the clean air act and occupational safety regulations mandated by federal, state and local governments.
- Attend all safety training provided and/or sponsored by NEMSI.
- Follow all NEMSI safety policies, procedures, and use personal protective equipment when performing installation and/or servicing HVAC systems.
- Interact with the client in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a clean and neat appearance.
- Flexible to work overtime and weekends as demand requires.
Qualifications
- Must hold a current CT S2 or D2 license.
- EPA 608 Universal required.
- Commercial HVAC systems experience.
- Must have a clean driving record.
Physical Demands
- Regularly lift and/or move various weight ranges such as 0-50 lbs. frequently, 51-100 lbs. occasionally and 101 plus seldom.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear, smell and lift, set-up and climb ladders as well as stairways.
- The employee is frequently required to stand and occasionally sit.
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance and utilize all protective equipment provided and as required.
