Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Complete assigned preventative maintenance
- Go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems
Compensation
- Technicians are able to make over $48 per hour with tools, resources and training
- Competitive base salary and bonus program that rewards hard work and customer service
- Top technicians make over $100,000 per year
- Top candidates could be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $5,000
Schedule
- Consistent and reliable full-time year-round work
- Flexible scheduling: multiple shift opportunities, flexible days of the week, 4-10s available

Requirements
- Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Relevant licenses and certifications
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
