HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure maximum comfort for clients.
- Provide legendary client service by educating customers on the most appropriate air‑quality solutions for their needs.
- Manage air‑quality systems from installation through end‑of‑life, performing maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of field experience.
- EPA 608 certification.
- Boiler experience (highly preferred).
- Sales experience (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Accountable, high‑integrity, and competitive spirit.
- Highly self‑motivated with a strong team mentality.
Pay
Salary range: $65,000 – $125,000 based on experience. Top performers earn among the highest pay in the area with unlimited earning potential and performance‑based bonuses.
