Responsibilities

As an HVAC Service Technician specializing in residential services, you will:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ductless systems
• Perform routine maintenance and provide recommendations for repairs, replacements, and upgrades
• Document service calls, parts used, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Mentor junior technicians and foster excellent customer relationships
• Stay current on HVAC technology through company-provided training

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HVAC service technician
• Strong expertise in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems
• EPA certification (Universal preferred)
• Familiarity with Trane, Generac, and Mitsubishi systems is preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• A team player with the ability to mentor and lead by example

Pay

$27/hr to $36/hr depending on experience
