HVAC Service Technician

Brookside Mechanical Inc. is hiring a full-time Senior HVAC Service Tech in Manchester, NH.

About the role

We're looking for a seasoned professional who brings technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. You'll serve as a trusted expert for our clients and a mentor for junior technicians. Your role will involve inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems while offering tailored solutions to meet clients' unique needs. You'll communicate clearly with clients, perform meticulous system tests, document your work with precision, and set the standard for professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems
• Provide tailored solutions to meet clients' unique needs
• Communicate clearly with clients about system issues and solutions
• Perform meticulous system tests and document work with precision
• Mentor junior technicians
• Set the standard for professionalism and guide clients through informed decisions

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Reliable form of transportation
• Working smartphone with internet access
• Strong work ethic and solid technical skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable with climbing, crawling, kneeling, and working in tight, confined spaces
• Willingness to train and grow in customer service and technical areas
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Commitment to work safely and reliably
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to operate power and hand tools

Pay

$30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience.
