Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve HVAC system malfunctions and breakdowns, ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Conduct detailed inspections and preventative maintenance to prolong system life and prevent unplanned downtime. - Innovate customer interactions by not just fixing but enhancing their system through upselling appropriate energy solutions and service agreements. - Maintain meticulous records of maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions to ensure seamless service and accountability. - Collaborate with a team of passionate technicians, sharing knowledge and strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency. - Hold EPA certification and NATE certification preferred.

Requirements

- 3+ years of HVAC experience. - Ability to work on-call schedule. - Knowledge of Service Titan software is beneficial. - Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing. - Valid driver’s license with a clean record. - Ability to lift 50-75 pounds, work on ladders, and in tight spaces. - Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
