In this role, you’ll provide expert solutions and options for residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
- Perform all service, maintenances, and warranty calls as directed by dispatcher and/or HVAC Service Manager.
- Inform Customers of company’s products and services.
- Correctly and completely fill out all service invoices and summary of findings using the perfect paperwork model.
- Utilize the vehicle inventory restocking procedures to ensure accurate truck inventory at all times.
- Present membership program on all non-membership calls.
- Provide necessary tools as required to perform professional HVAC service.
- Attend all weekly training meetings.
- Develop personal and technical skills.
- Any and all other work-related tasks/duties as directed by Supervisor.
Compensation
Commission based on sold repairs and products. Spiff for sold technician generated leads. Hourly pay for training and PTO.
