What You'll Do Run residential HVAC service and repair callsDiagnose system issues and identify additional customer needsBuild trust and clearly explain your findings to homeownersPresent multiple repair, upgrade, and replacement optionsDiscuss pricing and financing and confidently overcome objectionsClose opportunities and perform approved repairsFollow Bardi's service process and deliver a great customer experience What We're Looking For 2+ years of HVAC service experienceResidential service experience strongly preferredEPA certification requiredStrong technical troubleshooting and repair skillsComfortable discussing options, pricing, and financing with homeownersSales-minded, motivated, and driven to produceCoachable and willing to follow a proven service processValid driver's license and clean driving record Why Bardi?
