HVAC Service Technician

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Atchley Heating & Cooling is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service Team. HVAC Service and Selling Technicians are paid hourly plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Maintain strong customer service
• Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS

Requirements

• 5+ Years HVAC experience preferred
• EPA type II (Preferred)
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Fort Smith, AR before starting work

Pay

HVAC Service and Selling Technicians are paid hourly plus commission, with uncapped pay potential. The posted salary range is $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year.
