HVAC Service Technician

Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing is part of the nation's largest plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service provider. We are looking for HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address customer HVAC concerns, presenting repair or replacement options
• Perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment
• Acquire and maintain necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service
• Complete all required service documentation, explain guarantees/warranties, and collect/record fees
• Attend weekly training meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience in residential HVAC service (preferred)
• EPA Certificate
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, including ductwork, furnaces, or materials
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Pay

$100,000–$180,000+ opportunity (additional compensation may be offered based on experience)
