Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing is part of the nation's largest plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service provider. We are looking for HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and address customer HVAC concerns; present repair and replacement options
- Perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment
- Acquire and maintain necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service
- Complete all required service documentation, explain guarantees/warranties, and collect/record fees
- Attend weekly training meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of experience in residential HVAC service (preferred)
- EPA Certificate
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including ductwork, furnaces, and materials
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
