For more than 30 years, Nauman has served homeowners throughout the Poconos and Northeastern Pennsylvania. We're looking for an experienced service technician who can independently diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, communicate confidently with homeowners, and deliver high-quality service. What We Offer $35–$45/hour, based on experienceBonus and commission opportunities on top of hourly payUp to $2,500 sign-on bonusRelocation assistance available for qualified candidatesRotating on-call schedule – currently approximately once every 6 weeksMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid short-term and long-term disabilityLife insurance401(k) with company match, eligible from your first dayPaid time off and paid holidaysOngoing training and professional developmentCareer advancement opportunities within Ace Hardware Home Services What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systemsPerform preventive maintenance and system inspectionsIdentify the root cause of HVAC system issues and recommend appropriate solutionsComplete authorized repairs accurately and efficientlyClearly explain system issues, repair options, and recommendations to homeownersIdentify additional service, repair, or replacement opportunities when appropriateMaintain accurate documentation of work performedProvide a high level of customer service on every callParticipate in the rotating on-call scheduleFollow company safety procedures and industry best practices What We're Looking For 7+ years of residential HVAC service experience requiredStrong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting experienceEPA Certification requiredLight commercial HVAC experience preferredNATE certification is a plusAbility to independently run service calls with minimal supervisionStrong understanding of heating, cooling, ventilation, and HVAC controlsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong customer service and communication skillsComfortable discussing repair recommendations and additional service opportunities with customersValid driver's license and insurable driving record required Location Requirements Candidates must live within approximately one hour of our East Stroudsburg, PA shop or be willing to relocate within that radius.
