Residential HVAC Service Technician – Pay: $20-35/hr. Earning potential of $130,000+ Per Year based on performance. Location: Detroit and surrounding areas. Job Type: Full-Time, Year-Round. Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
- Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
- Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
- Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
- EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces

Schedule
Full-Time, Year-Round. Flexible weekly schedules: choose from Sunday–Thursday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Wednesday–Sunday.
