About the role
Join an established HVAC company where skilled technicians are valued, supported, and given room to grow. This family-oriented, full-service HVAC contractor serves the Greater Peninsula area with residential and commercial heating and cooling installation, maintenance, repair, and service. This is a service-first role, not an installation or high-pressure sales position, with the opportunity to earn additional commission when you close or assist with a sale. The company provides dependable year-round work while maintaining a close-knit, team-focused culture.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and refrigerant issues
- Service light commercial systems up to 20 tons
- Perform preventative maintenance and service agreements
- Handle heat pumps, ACs, furnaces, and air handlers
- Identify replacement and upgrade opportunities
- Document service calls using field software
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with heat pumps, ACs, and furnaces
- Knowledge of electrical and refrigerant systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
- Light commercial or refrigeration experience preferred
Pay
$30-$35/hour DOE + sales commission
