Pay

Annual Earnings: $75,000 - $130,000+

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Service heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, furnaces, boilers, and central air conditioning systems
• Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations with homeowners
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Maintain clean, accurate service documentation
• Work safely while following company standards and industry best practices
• Collaborate with dispatch, installation teams, and office staff to ensure an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

• EPA Universal Certification
• At least 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Physical ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform the daily demands of field service work

Preferred Experience

• 5 or more years of HVAC experience
• Massachusetts Refrigeration License
• Previous Lead or Senior Service Technician experience
• Additional trade licenses or certifications in plumbing, electrical, or sheet metal
