Pay
Annual Earnings: $75,000 - $130,000+

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Service heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, furnaces, boilers, and central air conditioning systems
- Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations with homeowners
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Maintain clean, accurate service documentation
- Work safely while following company standards and industry best practices
- Collaborate with dispatch, installation teams, and office staff to ensure an outstanding customer experience

Requirements
- EPA Universal Certification
- At least 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Physical ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform the daily demands of field service work

Preferred Experience
- 5 or more years of HVAC experience
- Massachusetts Refrigeration License
- Previous Lead or Senior Service Technician experience
- Additional trade licenses or certifications in plumbing, electrical, or sheet metal
