Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Use professional tools while adhering to company safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC Service experience
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment

Pay and Schedule

Pay Range: $18 - $40+ hour; plus commissions/incentives!
Earning Potential: $150K+/year based on performance
Sign on Bonus: Up to $7500.00* (Based on experience & license)
