You Will Diagnose system performance and identify opportunitiesEducate customers on solutions and improvementsGenerate opportunities (TGLs) for the sales teamDeliver a professional, high-quality service experience Key Responsibilities Service & Technical Execution: Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and light service workIdentify system inefficiencies and performance issuesMaintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail Customer Experience Build rapport and trust with customers on every visitClearly explain findings and recommendationsDeliver a consistent 5-star service experience Performance & Accountability Create TGLs (Tech-Generated Leads) for Comfort AdvisorsTake ownership of performance, productivity, and resultsContinuously improve through training and coaching Communication & Teamwork Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teamsAccurately document job notes and service recommendationsRepresent company standards and professionalism at all times Standards & Consistency Follow all safety protocols and company processesMaintain clean, organized work environmentsParticipate in ongoing training and development What We’re Looking For 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and insurable recordAbility to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)EPA Universal Certification: RequiredOSHA 10 Certification: ____________________HVAC or related technical experience: ____________________Strong customer communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to explain technical concepts in simple, clear languageDetail-oriented, observant, and solution-focusedPositive attitude and willingness to learn Important This is NOT a high-pressure sales roleYou are the eyes and ears in the field—identifying issues and opportunitiesSuccess in this role comes from trust, education, and consistencyYou help customers solve problems—not just fix equipment Ready to Grow With Us?
