Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid Project Manager in managing internal department relationships.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department regarding scope, price, submittals, and delivery for purchased items.
- Coordinate installation procedures among Engineering, Construction, and other stakeholders.
- Manage job progress onsite as required, utilizing design expertise to address operational and installation challenges.
- Oversee and/or process daily administrative items, such as Document Control, RFIs, Dailies, POs, MOPs, submittals, procurement logs, etc., according to Project Manager’s direction.
- Coordinate project personnel activities to ensure the project progresses on schedule and on budget.
- Plan the work, track labor, track material and deliveries, project cost at completion.
- Escalate potential problems and assist the Project Manager in resolving them.
- Maintain, develop, and grow relationships with customers, prime contractors, trade partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and trade personnel by attending job meetings and providing information, direction, and detailed instructions.
- Manage subcontractors to meet expectations of the project.
Position Requirements (Skills, Work Experience, Education, Certifications, Licenses, Etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Construction Management, or related field. A concentration in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or 3-5 years of industry experience or a combination of experience and education.
- High sense of integrity, business ethics & professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency and proven success in interpersonal relationship building skills and positive customer service interactions.
- Excellent oral and written business communication skills, including the ability to listen and follow directions.

Physical Requirements

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision and Distance vision.
- Maintain regular and routine attendance.
- Hours: Non-exempt position. Workdays are scheduled from Monday through Friday. Typically, work hours begin and end between 6:00am and 5:00 pm as scheduled with the position’s supervisor. Occasional overtime may be necessary per business needs.
Travel
- As required from time to and from the assigned office location to regional branch offices and/or to project/customer site(s).
Competitive Wages
- $33.18 to $47.41 per hour.
