HVAC Service Manager, Commercial Voorhees, NJ Compensation: $125,000 to $175,000 per year A leading HVAC mechanical company serving the Philadelphia area is hiring a Service Manager to supervise and manage its commercial HVAC service department. This is a non-union position with a growing service department. Schedule Full time. Compensation $125,000 to $175,000 per year, plus bonus. What You'll Do This role is responsible for the scheduling, execution, billing and completion of service, warranty and emergency jobs within the commercial HVAC service department. The Service Manager develops the department budget and is accountable for meeting revenue and gross margin targets, communicating regularly with customers, vendors, suppliers and technicians to execute plans and programs. The role also owns monthly financial performance analysis, reporting results to management and taking corrective action as needed, and manages assets efficiently, including inventory and company service vehicles. The Service Manager builds a high-performance culture through annual performance reviews and development initiatives, and supervises, trains and develops all branch HVAC service technicians.
