Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day HVAC service operations.Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and technician utilization.Recruit, mentor, and develop service technicians and support staff.Drive service agreement growth and identify retrofit opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance.Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Collaborate with leadership to support strategic growth initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in HVAC service management, operations management, or a similar leadership position.Strong technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems.Experience managing service technicians and field operations.Proven ability to grow service revenue and improve operational performance.Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability.Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.Mechanical contracting experience preferred.
