HVAC Service Dispatcher

About the role

First point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and providing excellent service to both homeowners and commercial clients. You will dispatch service technicians, schedule service calls, coordinate and schedule maintenance visits, and manage follow-ups. Maintain accurate customer records, keep our database current, log warranties and rebates, and provide customers with timely updates on service lead times. Use Service Titan daily to manage scheduling and communications. Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a schedule coordinator, dispatcher, project coordinator, or similar office experience
• Advanced customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience
• Organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Service scheduling / coordinating experience desired
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment

Pay

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm (hours are flexible/negotiable), with occasional Saturdays during peak season.
