Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude (comfortable using basic tools)
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and job site environments
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical work (climbing, bending, kneeling)
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.

As we expand into the Wytheville market, we are looking for dependable, career-minded professionals from the surrounding area to help us grow our presence and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Selected candidates must be available to attend our paid training academy in Woodlawn, VA, for the first eight weeks of employment.
