HVAC Service and Installation Tech

About the role

This position services, maintains, and installs residential and commercial systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain all brands of heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality systems
• Work from heights, get in small crawl spaces, carry ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Lead a team of skilled service technicians

Requirements

• EPA certification and TDLR registration
• 3+ years of experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining all brands of heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality systems
• Experience in a leadership position
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Qualifications

• NATE certification or an HVAC diploma preferred

Pay

A competitive wage of up to $85k per year based on experience.

Schedule

Usually works from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Some weekends, overtime, and evenings may be required.
