Job Description
Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
Develops and implements departmental equipment procedures for power outages.
Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on all heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.
Prepares the preventive maintenance schedule and produces reports.
Captures and documents records neatly and accurately.
Assigns priority and teams in a timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Identifies equipment needs, parts and supplies, and maintains adequate inventory.
- Reads, writes, and speaks conversational English.
- Generates requisitions for materials and supplies.

Education
- High School/Equivalent grad OR 5+ years experience
- Field Of Study: N/A
Work Experience
- 2+ years of healthcare maintenance experience
- 5+ years of hvac/r experience
- 3+ years commercial experience
