HVAC Sales Technician

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Frisco is seeking a high-performing HVAC Sales Technician / Comfort Advisor who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and sales skills. This role focuses on diagnosing systems, educating homeowners, presenting repair and replacement options, and helping customers make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Present repair, replacement, maintenance, IAQ, and membership options
• Educate homeowners and build customer trust
• Present financing options when appropriate
• Generate memberships, repairs, and replacement opportunities
• Complete ServiceTitan documentation and job records
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean company vehicle
• Follow company sales processes, safety standards, and customer service expectations

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background screening
• EPA Certification preferred
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
• Comfort Advisor or residential sales experience preferred

Pay

Compensation: $5,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month

• Option 1 – Draw + Commission
  • $400/week Draw
  • Sell & Serve: 15%
  • Equipment Sales: 5%
  • Service-Only Sales: 10%
• Option 2 – Commission Only
  • Sell & Serve: 20%
  • Equipment Sales: 10%
  • Service-Only Sales: 10%

Compensation structure will be finalized during the interview process based on experience and performance history.
