Responsibilities
- Present product options, explain installation details, and provide transparent pricing.
- Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home sales appointments with homeowners.
- Build relationships, assess customer needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Present financing and promotional options to close deals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Prior residential in-home sales experience.
- One-call-close experience strongly preferred.
- HVAC knowledge preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Able to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
