HVAC Sales Consultant - In-Home Comfort Advisor

About the role

All Temperatures Controlled, Inc. of Chatsworth, CA is currently hiring a full-time HVAC SALES CONSULTANT/COMFORT ADVISOR to serve throughout the San Fernando Valley and all of Los Angeles. This position works a full-time schedule and earns an expected commission on sales annual amount of $150,000+/year (commission + benefits).

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers in their homes to present HVAC system replacement options.
• Provide excellent customer service to foster business relationships and explain repairs and replacement options to customers.
• Build rapport with customers.
• Follow up with previous customers to ensure happiness and functionality of the system sold.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Meet with customers in their homes to present HVAC system replacement options.
• Provide excellent customer service to foster business relationships and explain repairs and replacement options to customers.
• Build rapport with customers.
• Follow up with previous customers to ensure happiness and functionality of the system sold.
• Experience in face-to-face sales.
• Knowledge of HVAC terminology: parts and services.
• Create leads and converse with customers in a professional, polite, and attentive manner.
• Fantastic customer service skills.
