We invite full-time Residential Comfort Advisors to join our customer-obsessed team in Union, NJ. This is an uncapped, commission-based role with a stipend for your training period (1-3 months based on experience). Comfort Advisors here earn $150,000–$250,000+ in total compensation. Service Professionals serves homeowners across central and northern New Jersey, with shops in Union and Little Falls.

Pay

This is an uncapped, commission-based role. Comfort Advisors here earn $150,000–$250,000 in total compensation. There is a stipend provided for your training period.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
• Focus on Residential Services Sales: convert leads/prospects to customers, generate referrals, and build strategic customer relationships to maximize revenue.
• Handle the most complex jobs.
• Develop a consultative sales approach to build long‑term client relationships.
• Engage in live prospecting and follow‑up to secure new business opportunities.
• Explain multiple options to clients, keeping them updated on each service and pricing.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options (quality and financial value) and servicing agreements.
• Understand customers' needs and offer relevant products, including promotions.

Skills

• Self‑motivated sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and continued growth mindset.
• Proven track record in negotiation and overcoming objections in a consultative environment.
• People champion: build relationships and interact positively with all levels of people.
• Familiarity with in‑home sales is a plus.
• Experience with residential home services and/or HVAC systems is a bonus.
