HVAC Retrofit Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Retrofit Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on upgrading and replacing existing HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace existing HVAC systems and equipment
• Install heating and cooling system upgrades in residential and commercial buildings
• Modify ductwork, piping, and system components as needed
• Ensure systems operate at maximum efficiency and performance
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve field issues
• Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials, labor, and project updates
• Work independently while maintaining company quality standards
• Use tools, materials, and equipment responsibly and safely
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC installation or retrofit experience preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and retrofit applications
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and understand basic construction practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum age of 18 required
