Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform service calls professionally and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers about repair options
• Provide accurate estimates and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
• Complete service notes, invoices, and paperwork accurately
• Follow company procedures and safety standards

Requirements

• 3-5 Years HVAC repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Associates degree or appliance repair certification preferred
• Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification to work on air conditioners and refrigerators preferred
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
• Excellent customer service skills
