Responsibilities
- Visit homes and businesses to work on HVAC, indoor air quality, refrigeration, and control systems.
- Identify and isolate problems in HVAC systems.
- Use hand and power tools to perform repairs, replacements, and installations.
- Communicate effectively with customers about needed repairs, replacements, and installations, and the reasons behind them.
- Upsell customers on preventative maintenance plans and indoor air quality products and services.
Qualifications
- Technical skills to diagnose and repair HVAC issues.
- Familiarity with using hand and power tools.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers.
Pay
$60,000 - $75,000 annually
