About the role
TWC Services is growing, and we're looking for experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians to join our service team. We're looking for experienced technicians who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll work on a variety of equipment, including RTUs, walk-in coolers & freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, split systems, and commercial refrigeration systems, in restaurant and commercial facilities.

Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Able to work independently and manage service calls
- Experience in restaurants or commercial environments
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
Bonus experience includes refrigeration controls, ice machines, light hot side exposure, and mentoring junior technicians.
