HVAC/R Technician

About the role

Join the 7-Eleven team as an HVAC/R Technician I and help keep our stores running smoothly. Your expertise will ensure our equipment—from Slurpee machines to HVAC systems—operates at peak performance, supporting our mission to deliver convenience to millions of customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
