HVAC/R Technician

About the role

As an HVAC/R Technician III, you’ll specialize in HVAC/R repair with additional responsibilities for the maintenance and/or repair of a variety of physical plant and specialized equipment. This is a leadership role working with all Tech I & II positions, including training, and management of inventory, work orders, call priority, and company vehicle management.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC/R repair and maintenance for 7-Eleven stores, including Slurpee machines and other specialized equipment
• Lead and train HVAC/R Technician I & II positions
• Manage inventory, work orders, call priority, and company vehicle logistics
• Provide peer-to-peer technical support and take ownership of facility locations
• Handle project and stretch assignments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance
• EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
