About the role
Mash Mechanical is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician to join their team in Scarborough, ME.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform routine maintenance services and conduct safety inspections
- Service both commercial and residential systems, including: Heat pumps, Furnaces, Boilers, Air conditioning systems, Refrigeration equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system concerns, repair options, and recommendations
- Complete detailed and accurate service documentation while adhering to company procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
- Experience working with heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Able to work independently while representing the company in a professional manner
- Dependable and detail-focused approach to work
Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay & Benefits
- $30 – $50 per hour, depending on experience
