HVAC/R Coordinator
About the role
The HVAC/R Coordinator position offers an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government, or military experience to a 3M career. You will collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world and make an impact by installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and air handling equipment.
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R systems.
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and service the equipment.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems.
Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).
- Three (3) years of experience as a HVAC/R technician in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Possess or will possess prior to starting, a technical degree/diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in Robotics, Automation Technology, Industrial Robotics & Automation, Robotics/Automated Systems Technician, or other multi-craft technology program.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this 3M Production role, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Pay
The starting rate of pay for this position is $30.93. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
