In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing various projects within a technical operational environment. Why This Role Is Important: The role of Project Manager plays a pivotal role ensuring a successful execution of projects, maintains relationships with third-party vendors, and meets client needs while delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages multiple Test and Balance projects of varying size and complexity.
• Oversee TAB and Commissioning field crews to ensure adherence to procedures and accuracy in testing
• Request and review mechanical drawings, HVAC submittals, and specifications to assist teams with areas of focus
• Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors
• Participates in contractor meetings for project planning and scheduling
