HVAC New Construction Branch Manager
About the role
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking an HVAC Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of the business.
Responsibilities
- Hire personnel to manage workload and drive growth
- Create and maintain operational efficiencies
- Minimize operating costs while maintaining high customer service standards
- Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of management or team-lead experience
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation or repair experience
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees
- Superior customer interaction skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in computer and technology
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
