HVAC New Construction Branch Manager

About the role

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking an HVAC Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

• Hire personnel to manage workload and drive growth
• Create and maintain operational efficiencies
• Minimize operating costs while maintaining high customer service standards
• Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management or team-lead experience
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation or repair experience
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees
• Superior customer interaction skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in computer and technology
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
