HVAC New Construction Branch Manager
About the role
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking an HVAC Branch Manager. The role involves managing all aspects of the branch, including hiring staff to meet workload demands and fostering growth.
Responsibilities
- Hire personnel to maintain workload and achieve growth
- Create and maintain efficiencies
- Minimize operating costs while providing high-quality service to both internal and external customers
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of management or team-lead experience
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation or repair experience
- Ability to relate well with employees of all levels
- Superior customer interaction skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer and technology savvy
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Qualifications
