Performs duties related to maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Performs duties to operate and maintain boilers and auxillary equipment for producing steam heat and power.

Responsibilities

Operates and maintains heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
Performs routine maintenance checks and repairs on boilers and auxiliary equipment.
Ensures compliance with safety standards and follows all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent certificate.

Skills

Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
