The posted compensation range
The posted compensation range of $19.87 - $28.06 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
Responsibilities
- Completes assigned work orders and/or PMs in a timely manner or informs supervisor of any problems accomplishing a task.
- Immediately identifies and informs supervisor of any malfunctioning equipment.
- Achieves to reduce maintenance and utility costs through improved operational procedures.
- Maintains a clean, safe and organized work area.
- Maintains a professional attitude toward patients, visitors and staff at all times.
- Varies work schedule or shift to meet the department staffing needs.
Requirements
- High School Graduate General studies
- Certificate Other Certificate of HVACR technical education or Equivalent years of experience in the field
- Required: HVAC Universal Technician
Preferred
- Vocational School Grad
- At least 3 years commercial or industrial HVACR experience
- 1-3 years At least 1 year of practical experience in an accredited hospital facilities department
Qualifications
- High School Graduate General studies
- Certificate Other Certificate of HVACR technical education or Equivalent years of experience in the field
- Required: HVAC Universal Technician
