About the role
Based in our Chanhassen, MN location, you will operate and maintain all heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment to support environmental conditions throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Work with drawings, specifications, or instructions, to operate and maintain all boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, heat pumps and pneumatic or electronic controls.
- Respond to emergency requests to eliminate unsafe or inefficient conditions.
- Install new equipment and modify existing equipment to maintain humidity or temperature levels as required.
- Provide chemical control to chiller and boiler water to ensure efficient operation.
- Use preventive maintenance program to ensure that a wide variety of HVAC equipment is maintained on a regular basis and kept in good working order.
- Troubleshoot equipment and make recommendations for replacement or redesign.
- Perform tests to monitor and report contamination levels of HVAC systems or waste.
- Use facility Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document all scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, emergency maintenance, and labor activities.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
- Four (4) or more years of industrial HVAC experience
- EPA 608 Certification
- Ability to push, pull, or lift over 50 pounds
- Ability to travel between Twin Cities facilities as needed (Shakopee, Chanhassen, and Eden Prairie)
Qualifications

Pay
The salary range for this role is $77,000-$91,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
