HVAC Mechanic | Full Time | Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Performs Fire Damper documentation per CMS.
• Creates and maintains proper documentation.
• Completes work orders pertaining to Life Safety, Environment of Care, Safety and Patients.
• Completes Preventative Maintenance Work Orders.
• Collaborates on projects and work orders.
• Trains and mentors staff.
• Requisitions materials after conducting research for price and efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Refrigerant Certification preferred.
• Valid New Hampshire Driver's license.
• Licensure required: Proof of insurance coverage complying with organization and departmental Driving Policy.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HVAC preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, building automation and internet software.
• Knowledge and ability to interpret and apply local and national codes and standards.

Qualifications
