Responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a federal building in Fitchburg, MA.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair issues related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all building codes and regulations.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent system failures.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an HVAC mechanic.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC problems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Skills

Pay

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with some weekend work required.
